| Prospective authors are invited to send their Paper for inclusion into 2010 Volume 1 and Volume 2, and a Special Issue planned for 2011 following from our Special Issues of 2008. The Special Issue will be on how well distance education has been used for school education - both blended and at a distance, and how we could improve access for children. The AsianJDE has a specific focus on the Asian context. The Journal publishes double-peer reviewed scholarly Articles, plus other papers such as Focus Reports on a bounded region or an institution, and Work-in-Progress. Other items include a detailed Calendar of Conferences and Events in Asia, Comments (a moderated discussion forum on previously published articles), Asian Abstracts and others. Additional resources for all those interested in Asia will be available online. Authors from around the world are invited to submit Articles and other information that satisfy the Journal’s aims of relevance to Asia.
